With printers having become more and more capable over the last few years, they’ve also become more complicated to set up and learn how to get the most out of. Many are now able to print directly from your digital camera whilst those with scanners can send scanned documents directly to your email address.

Printer setup

If your printer is WiFi capable, we’ll add it to your wireless network so that you can print to it from your computer as well as any of the other devices that you own. If it’s not or you don’t have a wireless network, we can help set one up or just connect your printer directly to your computer so that you can print from that.

Printing from smartphones & tablets

Printing from smartphones and tablets (like iPads) can be a bit trickier than what you may be used to printing from your computer.

If you’re having trouble, have us out. We’ll make sure that your printer is compatible with your personal devices, make sure that it’s set up to print properly from them and then show you how.

Troubleshooting
